$10 is killing me, buying these cartridges. Is there a place that refills them.

I have an S600 that tries to print, cocks the paper to the left about 2 - 3 inches in and stops. I get a window warning of a jam. I've got the plastic top off and can see no reason for it to jam. Please help! I have some $300 of free ink for it! Bob

Nothing happens when I press the cleaning button after the ink cartridges have been replaced.Both clamps are locked in place. The ink lights are both on and the power light is flashing. Epson technical support is not available until Monday morning. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bob
