4600 and new 52.16 drivers crash quake in XP by
John
Just replaced 45.23 with 52.16. Quake previously rock solid is now
flaky with runtime errors, bizarre display and system lockups
requiring reset button to get out.
Have gone back to 45.23.
Anyone have any idea as to a fix apart from the next driver release?

white bar at the bottom of the display. I think my cards cooling is...

just plug it in and be ok without uninstalling and reinstalling drivers?
Thanks

Unknown
I am using a Epox EP-8KTA3L motherboard with a Duron 800Mhz processer with a
64MB AGP
GeForce MX400 video card which support 2X and 4X AGP.
When I go into the bios the AGP mode selection only shows 1X and 2X. The
specification of the motherboard says its also supports 4X AGP.
Why is it not showing...

4xAGP 128mb cards about? by
Dawn Killick
Anyone know if it's possible to purchase new 4xAGP 128mb Geforce4 cards any
more?
Can't find any here in the UK, I'm not looking for anything flashy,
something like a 440 would be more than adequate.
TIA.

5.1 speakers vs 6 channel - what's better? by
[email protected]
I swapped my 5.1 speakers worth $300 for a $200 set of 6 channels
speakers thinking I would have more speakers then I realised I lost
$100 and ended up with the same thing.
Is there anyone out there with 5.1 speakers and want to swap with my 6
channels speakers?

51.75 Driver..... by
David L. White, Jr.
What is the consensus on this driver? I downloaded it today, and it
seems to work pretty well. I was able to put Anti-aliasing at 4x, and
anisotropic (sp?) at 4 x. It worked fine. This was with the POS FX
5200 card. First time I've been able to enable them both to 4x.
Anyone else have a reaction...

51.75 leaked by

For those interested, 3dchipset has leaded the 51.75 driver.
there is a lot of "noise" about and some might want to see for themselves.

51.75's Gefore FX 5900 and SWGalaxies by
Axis
Well, I got them and installed them. I have an XP 3000+ (the 400 FSB) NF2
mobo with the 5900 FX. My 3dMark03 score is now 5840. Nothing overclocked.
With the 45.23's it was 5840 so I chalk that up to be the same score.
Everything seems great but...
Star Wars Galaxies is displaying weird green...

512 MB Video Ram by
Big Chrome Pipes
Are there any AGP cards out there that have 512 MB RAM?
The only ones I have found were very expensive ones from 3D-Labs. Any
NVidia 6800's out there with 512MB?

52.10 nVidia beta drivers? by
Too_Much_Coffee ®
I just saw a score in AquaMark3's database that was using the 52.10 drivers
with an FX5900 Ultra. They appear to be a little bit slower than the 51.75s.
I wonder if it's because the graphics are better.
Anyone know where to get the 52.10s?
