Which motherboard/chipset for 64 3200+ by
Steve
I'm about to get an Athlon 64 3200+ and would like to know which
chipset/motherboard best suits it (under £100). Also, are these
motherboards for AMD's happy to accept just 1 memory module? I don't know
whether to get 2x256 DDR400 or 1x512 (leaving more ports free).
Many thanks for any help or...

Hypertransport expansion connector by
ykhan
There's been a lot of interest in plug-in connectors for
Hypertransport, and whether or not anyone was going to create one.
Looks like the answer is yes.

Danielle E
It looks like Java is not installed with Windows xp 64.
I found out this morning when I decided to go to a chat room this morning.
Has anyone installed this? Any particular site or version that works best?
Do you have to run the 32 bit or 64 bit browser?
Speaking of browsers, does anyone see...

Processor Speed on HP Laptop by
Eliezer Bulka
I have a zv5000z with an AMD Athlon 64 2800+. It is capable of hitting 1.8
GHz. However, for some reason, when I left click on My Computer and hit
Properties, I almost always get a processor speed no greater than 797 MHz.
As usual, no one at HP can help me with this problem. Any suggestions?
