a3 colour printer recommendations by
Cory Seligman
hi all,
I'm looking for a reliable A3 colour printer for printing spreadsheets
etc. I'm not interested in photo printing.
it's for a small office environment.
we often print 100 or so page A3 spreadsheet documents with mostly
black text, highlighted with coloured cells.

A3 colour printers by
John
Can anyone recommend an A3 colour printer?
At the moment I just have an Epson R200 A4 printer. So far I've not
had too many problems with this, though I have heard of others having
problems with Epson.
Am I better going for a HP printer and the more expensive inks or
would you still recommend...

Please tell me about pros and cons of the following A3 printers
a) HP 9300
b) HP 1700
c) HP 1220
Does any of the above handle canvas?
How important are the differances of the above as far as ink consumption?

A3 inkjet printers by
jean-claude Bertier
I own today a Canon i850 A4 printer and I am happy with the prints. Now I
would like an A3 printer to get bigger images and I wonder what is the best
printer: Canon i9100 (6 inks), Canon i6500 (4 inks) or Hewlett Packard
Deskjet 9650 ?
Of course the Epson 1290S, 2100 are A3 printers, but I got a...

I'm thinking about getting an A3 colour printer for photos. Low volume,
entry level price. Don't need exhibition quality, just for personal "fun"
use, a few posters for clubs, the occasional engineering drawing. What makes
/ models would you suggest?
TIA

A3 photo printers ? by
Guillaume Dargaud
What's the situation for A3 photo printers that can also do large roll paper
?
I'm only interested in photos.
I sold my faithful Epson 1270 instead of having it break or disapear while
moving.
The equivalent would be the Epson 1280/1290 or I could go for the more
expensive Dye Ink Epson 2100/2200...

A3 pigment ink printer required by
Johnny
Can anyone recommend a low-price (not more than £250, which I guess is about
$380) *A3* colour printer that can print on watercolour paper and trace
(i.e. has pigment inks)? Does any such thing exist? I would go for the Canon
iX 4000 were it not that the colour inks are dyes and not pigment...

A3 Printer for AutoCAD by
Paul Farnham
Can anyone recommend an A3 printer that would primarily be used with
AutoCAD.
It would need to be very good with B&W and preferably fast.
Colour would be nice but not absolutely necessary.
Thanks.

A3 printers in Aust - HP 8750 vs Epson R1800 by
Caitlin
I hadn't heard much about this new range of HP printers with 'Vivera' fade
resistant inks, but some brochures have appeared in the paper this week.
As I've been sorely tempted by an R1800, but the price here in Australia is
exorbitant - over AU$1000. I see that the HP 8750 model is far...

a3 printing by

i posted earlier about the 6500. the feedback here was that the 5 picolitre
droplet size coupled with the low resolution was not good enough. i
currently have an i850. I haven't seen a a3 pixma. the only a3 canon in
current production is the i9950 (i9900 in america) is this correct? I find
the...
