why dont they put the gpu on the other side of the card so huge coolers dont block pci slots?

HI all, Was wondering if anyone had this same experience with the PNY 5900 card (non-ultra). Works fine with 2d, internet and movies, however when i start up a game, 3 diff ones now like AOM Unreal 2 and Tomb Raider, it plays fine for about 2 minutes, then color patterns like squares and trianges...

Bad news for ATI: Nvidia to 'own' ATI at CeBit / no pixel shader 3.0 support in R420 It looks like R420, while potentially up to 3 times faster(in PS 2.0 and VS 2.0 shaders) than R360, will not be PS 3.0 compliant. If NVIDIA notches up similar PS 2.0 performance, ATI is in trouble.

I have a GF 5900SE with bad on board memory. When I change the APG aperture size in the BIOS the available VGA free memory changes. It appears that the card is only working with 16MB or less of the onboard memory. When I set the APG aperture to 32MB in the BIOS I can not run a any 3D applications....
