Distrorted, garbled windows and monitor blinking by Kostas
When I am in Windows parts of the screen freeze and become garbled. Then the monitor blinks and when I move the garbled window around it fixes it. Additionally the windows 2000 totally freezes occazionally and very often and I have to reset. Does all that say someting to you? Anyone experienced...
