[Printer for pictures] Compatibility with DPOF / Direct Print by
Vince
Hi,
I have a Canon PowerShot G2 digital camera. The manual indicates that it

on DPOF printers.
I am interrested in the Canon Selphy CP500 (or CP400) printer which
accepts PictBridge or Canon Direct Print digital cameras. The...

Need supplier of Formulabs ink in Canada by
AMcLean
Anyone know of a supplier of Formulabs bulk ink or even refill ink in
Canada?
Formulabs in the US offered to send me gallon-sized containers; but
anything that large would just "expire" way before I used it up.

Samsung ML-2250 by
Koolaid
Hello,
I was wondering if it would be a good idea or a bad idea to get a Samsung
ML-2250. I was wondering how long Samsung has been in the printer business
and if they're any good. Also, what are consumables like?
It seems like a good idea (I don't want a GDI printer) and it has a...

Hello,
does your Lexmark 1000XL work (print) with Win XP Home? If so - could
you direct me to an appropriate driver? BTW, the drivers from the

Looking forward to your advice,

Anyone had this problem with an X73 and no how to solve it without
rebooting?
I'm using this printer with Win98SE via USB. If I leave the printer
connected to the computer and then boot the computer, I get "user
intervention required" error when I try to print something.
The only way I have...

CX5200 Default Settings by
Jose
I am trying to set the printer to print on plain paper and text only.
I have no problem changing the settings each time I go to print.
Is there a way to make the above settings the default?
TIA

NAV Stopping HP Software Load? by
Ann Meffert
Since installing Norton Antivirus 2005, my HP Officejet T-45 All in One
will not install the software at startup like it did with NAV 2004. I
wonder if there is some new security program in 2005 that keeps the
software from loading properly, thus giving me the old Lost
Communication Error Screen....

Epson 2200 / OSX Printing Problem by
Matthew Cromer
I'm having a new problem printing on my Epson 2200, OS X 10.3.6
I recently changed to Lustre paper from matte. In the process of
getting my printer drivers to recognize the photo black ink (instead
of matte black) I deleted my printers and re-added them.
Now I am printing successfully on 8 1/2 x...

R300 printing 7x5" photos? by
Me
Could somebody let me know if this is possible? Having trawled through
numerous reviews I have only seen the A4 and 6x4" sizes mentioned and
want to know before I take the plunge and buy one.
If it doesnt, could somebody recommend any that do?

Printing photos from a HP 930c by
CQMMAN
Hello,
I have the above printer and was trying to print out photos. Unfortunately,
some of the colours don't look as rich as I would expect given the photo
paper and 2400x1200 resolution.
I have a tri-colour cartridge and black cartridge, and a friend mentioned
that I should remove the black and...

KX7-333R Dead? by
Peter J. Richardson
I have been using a KX7333 Raid mobo for a couple of years with no
problems until recently.
A couple of weeks ago the board started to need several attempts to
start it from cold. Once it had booted, it was fine for the rest of the
day and no other faults were apparent.
It has now reached the stage...

INTERESTING ARTICLE ON THE INKJET PRINTER INDUSTRY by

Cost of printer ink under fire
A cheap printer could turn out to be a costly buy due to the cost of
replacing the ink cartridge, a survey has found.
The price of inkjet printers has come down to as little as £34 but it
could cost up to £1,700 in running costs over an 18-month period, a
study by...

Konica Minolota 2400W Any good ? by
Does anyone have any opinions on the magicolour 2400W printer ?
From what I have seen of various photo outputs I would say the old 2300 and
magicolour series had very good full colour output and the print outs were
the best compared to photo quality printers.
