Hello, I am thinking about purchasing/ordering an "expensive" camcorder... with sound option too ! ;) :) I might use it sometime to film a thunderstorm... I am wondering if such "thunder flashes" might damage the camcorder ? Like a human's eye staring into the sun for too long ?

Hi Troops, I'm sorry I'm a little late but I just surfed NewEgg and saw the eVGA 7800GS 256-A8-N507 for $284 ( $289 - $15 mail-in rebate). I'm know that I should have waited for the more substantial price cuts but what the heck it's only money ;-)

Problem installing 6600GT video card by JayJay
Recently purchased a new video card (Colorful 6600GT) and after installing the card noticed that the fan wasn't running. Shut down, and reset the card into the AGP slot and tried again, still no joy. Noticed that there was nothing showing on the monitor. The card has a 4-pin power connector which...
