7N400 Pro2 Rev 1 F11 BIOS by
John Bissell
Has anyone tried this latest BIOS? I'm at F5 and was hoping that the SATA
and/or GigaRAID BIOS code has been updated since then. I'd rather stick @ F5
if there are no performance fixes in the later updates.

Does 7VTXE+ have SPDIF output? by
phozz bare
Short version: Does the 7VTXE+ have SPDIF output?
Long version: The manual says nothing about it, but the onboard AC97 appears
to have some kind of SPDIF option: in the Windows Volume Control there is a
control labeled "SPDIF" with a grayed out volume bar and a "Mute" checkbox.
Changing the...

Orhan
Hi,
I have a GA-8KNXP (rev 2,BIOS FB)with P4 2.8C(800MHz). I had two

any problem until today (DIMM overvoltage +0.1V).
I bought recently a pair of Kingston KVR400x64C3A/512 (3-3-3) and
replaced the older ones. Unfortunately I...

GA-7VTXE+ Rev 1.0 Bad capacitors and bad mosfet by
Eric P. Anderson
Three capacitors were leaking on this board (the three in a row behind
the audio jacks), so I ordered replacements and soldered them on the
board. Back when the board failed, it somehow fried the logic board
on my wife's hard drive. Now, there are two MOSFETs very close to the
capacitors that I...

Thanks.
