Testing AIO Printers by
JD
I have been hired as consultant to setup a test process for testing
All-in-One printers. Does anyone have good advice or testing multiple
modems at once? I was thinking about using a PBX simulator. Any advice
would be appreciated.
Thanks

Performance question Win98se vs win2000 vs XP pro by
[email protected]
We are upgrading the workstation that acts as a server to 3.0 GHz processor
and have the option to run win2000 or XP. Thoughts either way?
Also, we have 3 machines that are 650mz - but run win98se and crash
regularly. Would WIN2000 or XP load and run on those machines slower than
win98? (they all...

When will legacy ports die? by
Phrederik
Just wondering... When are the legacy ports on the PC going to dissappear?
I remember reading long ago that the PC'99 spec called for mainboards with
no parallel, serial ports and no ISA slot. The PS/2 port is next to go.
Well, here 2003 is more than half over and these ports still exist.
I'm...

about a month ago. It was noisy like this and I took it back and got...
