The printer has suddently stopped moving the paper. When printing, the rollers are turning but the paper sits in a tray that appears to need to rise up to meet the rollers. It is not rising. Manually the print clutch seems free enough. Any suggestions? I love this printer and have a ton of ink...

All in one Lexmark using XP was printing well, then error: paper jam, which was cleared. but error persists. Now the three print quality lights remain on on the control panel. Have tried all recommendations buy can't reset or bring back to normal. Any suggestions ??

I just started having problems with my 970cxi. When I try to print gray it comes out purple. I have brand new ink cartridges and have made sure the heads were clean and the whole bit. When the printer the second line comes out as purple which I think is supposed to be gray "not real sure"....

I have a used HP Laserjet IIIP I am attempting to restore. Works fine, except that every page has two vertical stripes of grey toner on every page, about 3-4cm wide, fuzzy edges, not "Lines". Obviously something needs cleaning or a new toner cartridge? Any ideas appreciated. Also, does anyone...
