With the new kernel for RH9, has anyone installed the NV drivers? I tried the binary package and the kernel is now incorrect. What can i do??

I dunno why Nvidia made that stupid statement. It's up to the stores to stock them. Nvidia makes a big press release that the weekend of July 4th, many retailers will be stocking 5900's. Stupid dumb press release.

Okay, so we have the GF4 which are directx 8 generation right? So they can't display directx 9 effects? Then why do directx 9 games tell me to install directx9 if my card is directx8?

I know you can override refresh rates for direct3d but I don't see any settings to override it for OpenGL. I'm using the latest drivers. Half-Life runs so much better in OpenGL but it's only at a painful 60Hz :(
