Default paper size problems with Samsung ML-3710 laser printer by
Brian[_8_]
Recently I had a birthday card to print and set the custom paper size to
portrait 140x280mm, with a fold across the middle, to produce a 140mm
square card when folded.
However since then, every time I go to print something it persists in
showing the default paper size as the custom 140x280mm,...

Brother maintenance apps? by
Spare Change
The service manual for Brother HL-22xx (2240, 2250, 2270, etc.) says there is
a “maintenance device driver” (which, from documentation I’ve seen,
seems to be an app) for windows.
I’ve searched the ‘net but can’t find this--or other--service apps for
Brother.
Any pointers to any...

Anyone here use HP Photo Creations? by
Ant[_3_]
I use it, but I hate its online requirements and now limits features
(have to pay to use them). Does anyone know of its old version and/or
good software replacements for my decade old 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC and HP
Photosmart 8450 printer?
Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

Avoiding cleaning in inkjet printer by
Nuno Silva
Hello,
I am currently trying to solve a printing issue in an HP OfficeJet 6500A
Plus (E710n?) inkjet printer. I will likely have to remove and reinsert
the cartridges and the printhead a few more times.
But doing that will probably trigger more automated cleaning. Any ideas
about how could I...

Harvey Head Cleaner defunct? by
[email protected]
Anyone know what's happened to Theta Publishing? My SN for Harvey Head Cleaner SW doesn't work on my new computer. Is the company defunct.
If so, can anyone recommend another automatic print pattern software?
Thanks in advance.

Canon MX922 power supply? by
myfathersson
Someone just gave me a Pixma 922, which looks a lot newer and possibly better than my MX860. The cartridges seem to interchange between the two.
But it has cut cables going to the print head and no power supply!
Does anyone think it would be easy/worthwhile to take out the print head subframe...

Epson LQ-100 by
Gloops[_3_]
Hello everybody,
Does anybody have any notions about maintaining an LQ100 printer ?
It ran jolly good during not far from 30 years, and did not appreciate a
power micro-cut at all. The head blocks on the left, after it did not
detect the border.
A few centimetres before the left I hear a click.

Anyone used Epson's bottled inks in someone else's cartridges? by
none
I've run out of black refill ink. The situation's been looming for a
while; there's a Micro Center store in town that used to sell small ink
bottles but they quit a while back (glad I stocked up to get myself this
far). And as everyone knows, you can't find a refill kit these days for
love or...

hp-5740 printer by

I have had the above printer for a couple of years. At the time I set
it up, I think I turned off the remote start. ie, when some thing is
printed to the unit it would automatically turn on and then turn off
after a period
Things have changed and I would like to reactivate that feature, but...

Printing from a new Asus Chromebook from a new HP2652 DeskJet printer and the bottom and occasionally sides of all GoogleDocs are cut off even though it looks fine in print preview. It seems that this is a common problem. Has anyone ever found a way to fix this?
