Soundcard with a 15-pin Gameport?

Hi,

I have an old but very much loved Saitek Joystick with a 15-pin (on 2 rows)
Gameport connection, and I was wondering as I have heard they are available,
where I can get a cheap PCI soundcard with a port built in, or even, at
best, a connection changer that I can plug the joystick into, and then plug
it into a USB port?
