When I listen to a CD, the EQ works. But when I'm using my TV card
(Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe from Leadtek), the EQ does not have an effect,
whether it's enabled or disabled in the Santa Cruz Control Panel. Can I
get the EQ working? Thanks for any help.
