Logitech ImageStudio 7.3

Some time ago I had the ImageStudio 7.3
installed for my QuickCam Express and it
was working great. Recently I reinstalled the
software and I noticed there were features
missing like Stop motion, Time lapse and
Motion detection. What is going on?
I had the same problem before, when I had
Windows 98.

Please help........
