software for a/v-chats through VPN connection

Hi,

I've got a Creative Webcam Pro eX that I want to use for audio/video-chats
with my family. All of us are running either Win2k or WinXP, but just some
of us are behind UPnP firewalls. As far as I've understood, this rules out
Windows/MSN Messenger for a/v-chats.

I wonder if there is a piece of windows-software that let's us make a/v-
chats through VPN-connections made between our computers? I guess this have
to be done P2P-style, without a central server?

Any suggestions?
